No, absolutely not. The snacks are purely for enjoyment and do not contain any harmful or illegal substances. We use only high-quality, natural ingredients in all our products.
Delivery typically takes 1 hour max within Akwa Ibom and 3-5 business days for other states in Nigeria. For urgent orders, please contact us directly to discuss expedited options.
We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery (within Akwa Ibom only), and payments via WhatsApp (using secure payment links). For large orders, a 50% deposit may be required.
Yes! We love creating custom orders. Whether you need a special cake design, specific flavors, or a custom snack pack, we can accommodate your request. Please message us on WhatsApp at least 3 days in advance for custom orders.
We offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of any issues. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of undamaged items.
For regular orders, 24 hours notice is preferred. For large orders (more than 20 pieces) or custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance. During peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, etc.), we suggest ordering at least a week in advance.
